How to Reset AOL Password?

Go to AOL login page or visit aol.com and click ‘Sign in’.
Click on ‘Trouble signing in?’ just below ‘Next’ button.
It will ask your registered mobile phone number or email address. Enter the email address whose password you want to reset.
On the next page, showing just partial phone number, you will be asked if you have access to the phone number which you’ve provided while signing up for AOL. Click on ‘I don’t have access to this phone’.
Again on the other recovery page, you will be asked if you have access to recovery email address. Click on ‘Yes, send me a verification code’.
You’ll receive a password reset email on the recovery email address that you have provided. Enter the code and click ‘Verify’. Select the ‘Resend’ option if you didn’t get code in time.
You’ll reach into reset page, where you’ve to create a new password for AOL account. Type the password you want and click Save. You can also continue to your account without changing your password.

AOL Reset Password using Text or Call Options

Enter your AOL username or email address and click Next.
You will be asked if you have access to your mobile phone number associated with your account. Click ‘Yes, send me a verification code’.
Enter the code you received on your mobile number and click Verify.

In the ACCOUNT SETTINGS page, click on Account Security option at the left menu bar.

Now enter a new password for your AOL email account. When making a new password, make sure it is more than eight characters long, and have a mix of alphabets, numbers and special characters.
