How to Reset AOL Password?

5. Again on the other recovery page, you will be asked if you have access to recovery email address. Click on ‘Yes, send me a verification code’.
6. You’ll receive a password reset email on the recovery email address that you have provided. Enter the code and click ‘Verify’. Select the ‘Resend’ option if you didn’t get code in time.
7. You’ll reach into reset page, where you’ve to create a new password for AOL account. Type the password you want and click Save. You can also continue to your account without changing your password.

AOL Reset Password using Text or Call Options

• Enter your AOL username or email address and click Next.
• You will be asked if you have access to your mobile phone number associated with your account. Click ‘Yes, send me a verification code’.
• Enter the code you received on your mobile number and click Verify.
• Now enter new AOL password and save it.

AOL Password Recovery using another verification process

• Click ‘try another verification option’ just under the ‘Next’ button after you entered AOL username or email address.
• You will be prompted to ‘Answer the security question and verify profile information’, click it.
